Brekky and Fitness Club

Fitness Club will focus on building fitness for running/personal fitness. We will do a warm up to work on movement patterning for the workout ahead. Each week we will have some running practice, but this is not the major focus at this time. We are preparing the participants for running by strengthening their leg and core musculature and simply getting them moving more intensely. Please send your kids in exercise appropriate clothes and pack their school uniform for changing into.
Our breakfast menu is always changing often containing Bircher Muesli, MinToasties, scrambled eggs, baked beans with fresh squeezed orange juice, cereal and toast and from time to time - Warm Milo!  
If you’d like to donate to our brekky club, we’d love some free range eggs, baked beans and a can of milo. You can leave this with Cate in the office who will get it to us in time for brekky club!

Breakfast club will be running each week during the term and is looking to create a healthy environment where kids can experience some great breakfasts, see their friends and enjoy the morning. We are also inviting mums and dads to come along and join their kids for brekky, have a chat and meet other parents and kids. We are also making a commitment to incorporate nutritious foods with less sugar and more protein to help children through their day.
Brekky club will now cost $2/child or a family (including parents) for $10.
